Coastal Connections specializes in professional, year-round and/or winter oversight caretaking. Our services consist of winter checks on a weekly, monthly, or intermittent basis; including essentials such as:
- Closing down property for Winter
- Detailed interior walk-throughs & exterior checks of the home and property
- Oil/propane level check
- Run all faucets, toilets, run washers, dishwashers monthly, (if water has not been shut off for winter!)
- Thermostat checks
- Ensuring all windows and doors are secure
- Watch for any leaks or storm damage
- Check for any rodent activity
- Availability for meeting repair/service people, or contractors as needed
- Plowing/Shoveling services
- Opening property for Spring
- Rental Management, trash removal, home clean-outs, cleaning services
We recognize that each home owner has specific needs/wants that are recognized and work carefully to ensure all needs are met.
